If you have been asked to purchase the pessary by your health professional, Medical Store requires a note on letterhead or prescription form the Health Professional, Including type of pessary required, Size and ProFem code number to confirm that you have been assessed properly.
Which Pessary	Your Health Professional will assess you to determine your symptoms and diagnosis. There are many types and sizes of pessaries and you’re your health professional will determine which is right for you. After doing a vaginal examination the health professional will determine which Pessary and size you need. If you have been asked to purchase the pessary by your health professional, Medical Store requires a note on letterhead or prescription from the Health Professional, Including your name, the type of pessary required, Size and ProFem code number.
